Alpha Athlete Training Program- complete athletic training program focused on preparing athletes for the physical & mental demands of sport participation.
Alpha Athlete starts with a emphasis teaching the proper mechanics of the simplest of fundamental athleticism such as
-Running/ Sprinting Form
-Acceleration/ Deceleration Technique
-Jumping/ Landing Technique (vertically & horizontally)
-Agility Technique (shuffle/ lateral run/ backpeddle)
-Basic Strength Exercise Technique (squat/ press/ pull/ lunge)
Once the foundation of athleticism is developed, more advanced training skills are implemented.
